Calling all experienced Salesforce Administrators! Do you have strong analytical skills, able to multitask and work in a high-paced environment? We have an opportunity here for you. We are currently looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the Laval, QC office.
 What you will do:
- Understand and analyze business needs, design solutions based on needs, document functional requirements and assess business impact.
 - Estimate and plan the tasks related to Salesforce development.
 - Develop training materials and documentation, keep materials up to date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions.
 - Successfully partner with internal customers at all levels, ranging from leadership to end-users, to identify and address areas of improvement, additional functionality, training and support.
 - Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
 - Create and manage custom objects, fields and formulas.
 - User administration including maintenance of profiles, roles and security.
 - Implement and customize 3rd party add-ons (AppExchange)
 - Work in and deploy from a sandbox environment to test all changes to business logic
 - Assist management with vetting, selecting and implementing new Salesforce related technology solutions.
 
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
 - 3+ years of relevant experience in developing advanced solutions for Salesforce platform/ Force.com.
 - 2+ years’ experience with advanced Apex and Visualforce development
 - Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications
 - Proficient in data management.
 - Advanced skills with Flows, Process Builder, Apex classes and triggers, custom objects, queries, tabs, layouts, permission sets profiles and reports.
 - Advanced skills in managing the source code control; execute tests; deploy packages and any other technical tasks related to the Salesforce.
 - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
 - Relevant experience with the Salesforce Mobile app.
 - Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce limitations, tools, features, approaches and security requirements.
 - JavaScript expertise, particularly as it relates to Salesforce.
 - Knowledge of CSS and HTML.
 - Strong competency in investigating issues using logs, database and network monitoring.
 - Good working knowledge of security and privacy principles.
 - Experience in managing systems projects from inception to implementation.
 - Strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development.
 - Strong understanding of customer needs and satisfaction.
 - Bilingual (English/French)
 
What is nice to have:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
 - Experience with Data Loader and other data scrubbing and reporting tools.
 - Experience working with Skuid.
